This morning, I assisted a homeless person (for privacy reasons, I’ll refer to them as M) with M’s personal banking. A few days ago, M could not retrieve M’s bank card when M tried to use the ATM. M was worried about whether the bank would provide t=M with a new card. Fortunately, M obtained a new bank card, allowing M to visit the bank and carry out M’s transactions. This incident was just one of the many challenges that homeless people face daily.
